Found: White male toy poodle, american microchip. He was not registered on base or with the microchip company. Seeking his owner or anyone who has information to locate owner. We suspect that he was lost, so if you know anyone who reported or posted a male poodle lost, would appreciate information. He was pretty close to death, attacked by dogs, and has recieved vet care.
