I was wondering if the crates with your furniture were still sealed with the original seals when they got to Italy. 

If they were opened, who were they opened by and was there anything missing?

Mine were still sealed and werer opened, unsealed, in front of me.

Thanks, I am a little worried  because I think that all our goods are going to be in storage for a while before we are able to find a place.  They told us at this end that they would stay in the crates but I wasn't sure if that was really the case.

Every single one was opened and resealed with a new one.  No clue as to who did it, why, when or where.  However, nothing was missing, so we didn't really investigate the matter.  It did bother us quite a bit though.
