Has anyone had to pay a proctor for tests out here? Do the schools on base offer one or did you have to find one another way? If anyone could help I would appreciate it!

Not sure of your status (active duty/dependant, which school, etc), but check with the Navy College office at Capo.  I was hoping for some other support when I got here and called them and they couldn't help me with what I needed, but had mentioned that they can proctor tests (not sure what their limits/requirements are).
