Does anyone know where we can get baloons filled with helium, other then the NEX?  They charge $2 per baloon to fill them with air.  That is not even including the price of the baloon.  Just wondering if anyone had been through this and could offer an alternative.

I know that they party store in the Medi-Mall does helium, but I think they charge 1 Euro per balloon. Unfortunately, helium is very expensive here.
