This guide should be given to people during their training to be sponsors. We did not have much in common with our sponsors, we have no kids and 2 pets and they have kids, but no pets, so we have had a nightmare of a time with our pets here, we are still living separate from them, but at least if sponsors and/or their spouses could send people this guide BEFORE they arrive, that would be great. They should also send people the link to Naples All Hands before they arrive so they can become familiar with it.
